Application Guidelines & Required Documents:

Before submitting your scholarship application, please ensure you have clear digital copies of the following ready:

1. Most recent high school or college official transcript.
2. Letter of admission/enrollment verification to an accredited college or university.
3. Two reference or recommendation letters (teachers, counselors, or community leaders).
4. Recent SAT, ACT, GRE or equivalent test score report (if applicable).
5. Personal statement / essay highlighting academic goals and community involvement.
6. High-resolution applicant photograph for committee records.
